Finance and Insurance Administrator

About the role

Camping World is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Administrator. This role ensures all sales and financing documents and transactions are completed accurately, timely, and efficiently while maintaining the highest level of customer service before, during, and after the sale.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has strong business acumen and sales aptitude, and is self-directed by nature.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all sales and financing documents and transactions are completed accurately, timely, and efficiently.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service before, during, and after the sale, always exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• At least 1 year of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products (preferred).
• Experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Good time management skills and professional dress, speech, and behavior.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $16.65–$20.00 hourly, considering factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs.
