Responsibilities
- Aid the General Manager and station management team with various responsibilities.
- Facilitate connections and communication between the General Manager and external groups and organizations.
- Answer incoming calls, greet guests, and take messages.
- Maintain and order supplies.
- Coordinate station meetings and events.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working in an office environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Team player skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Related military experience may be considered.
