About the Role

This position involves teaching undergraduate finance courses on a part-time, semester-by-semester basis within an AACSB-accredited College of Business. The role requires adapting to various delivery modes, including online and hybrid formats, and engaging with diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction in undergraduate finance courses
• Prepare lesson plans and grade assignments
• Provide student support and ensure compliance with university policies
• Teach 3-9 credit hours in areas such as corporate finance, investments, personal financial planning, and real estate
• Interact with students and faculty
• Maintain effective communication
• Utilize electronic learning management systems like Canvas

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance or a closely related field (required)
• Ph.D. (or ABD) and professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, CPA) (preferred)
• Industry experience and prior teaching experience (advantageous)
• Preparedness to teach on campus
