About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrative Assistant to support our finance department with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable (AR).

Responsibilities

  • Auxiliary with preparing and sending customer invoices
  • Record incoming payments and apply them to customer accounts
  • Maintain accuracy and timeliness of AR records
  • Track past-due invoices and assist with follow-up communications
  • Maintain accurate customer billing information
  • Support with organizing and maintaining financial documents and records
  • Assist with data entry into accounting systems
  • Support monthly reconciliation and reporting processes
  • File and maintain financial paperwork and digital records
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
