About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrative Assistant to support our finance department with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable (AR).
Responsibilities
- Auxiliary with preparing and sending customer invoices
- Record incoming payments and apply them to customer accounts
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness of AR records
- Track past-due invoices and assist with follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate customer billing information
- Support with organizing and maintaining financial documents and records
- Assist with data entry into accounting systems
- Support monthly reconciliation and reporting processes
- File and maintain financial paperwork and digital records
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
