Job Description SHIFT 1AM-9:30AM +OT Essential Job Functions Utilize knives to debone front halves Product Grading and Packing- Identify and pack product into trays or bulk product codes that meets product specificationsSalvaging – Utilize salvaging techniques to separate bruised, damaged, mis-cut or diseased chicken/chicken parts. Qualifications Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floorMust be able to use small hand held tools such as knives or scissors.Able to visually inspect product and separate chickenRepetitive grasping, pushing and pulling motions, torso twisting; and lifting up to 35 lbs required.Rotation into all positions on the fillet line is required.
