Custodian-Nights

Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean offices, board rooms and common areas of the administration building
• Mop tiled floor areas
• Vacuum all carpeted areas
• Dust all furniture and fixtures as necessary
• Wash and disinfect all washroom floors and fixtures
• Empty all waste and garbage cans
• Clean entrance areas including glass, floors, doors, and hardware
• Clean kitchen sinks, tables, and counters
• Perform and/or report minor maintenance repairs

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment
• Ability to read and understand labels and instructions on the use and application of cleaning chemicals and products
• Performance driven
• Safety conscious
• Resourceful
• Honest

Compensation & Benefits

• The starting wage for this position is $25/hour, with potential adjustments based on skills, experience and qualifications.
