About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Field Support Manager Executions - Southwest/Gulf to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will support operational execution across the Southwest and Gulf regions, with a focus on financial analysis, reporting, and coordination that helps drive informed decisions. The manager will partner with cross-functional teams to support inventory, purchasing, logistics, and merchandising initiatives. This position also contributes to budget preparation and cost analysis, helping leadership maintain visibility into both operational performance and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in annual project budget preparation and cost analysis
• Provide support for inventory, purchasing, and logistics processes
• Develop analytical financial and operational reporting for leadership
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for merchandising initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 6+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles
• Ability to manage cross-functional relationships
• Proficient in analytical and financial reporting

Pay

$110,000 – $115,000 annually
