Field Support Manager Executions - Mid Atlantic/South Atlantic

About the role

This role will oversee project execution support for merchandising initiatives across the Mid Atlantic and South Atlantic regions, with a focus on cross-functional coordination and operational follow-through. The position partners closely with leadership and internal teams to manage budgets, reporting, and process support tied to inventory, purchasing, logistics, and execution quality. It is a hands-on opportunity to improve efficiency, strengthen project discipline, and support business outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in annual project budgets and evaluate cost/benefit analyses.
• Provide business process support for inventory, purchasing, and logistics.
• Develop analytical financial and operational reporting for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute merchandising initiatives.
• Drive efficiency opportunities and define project management requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Ability to engage and manage cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven communication ability with diverse audiences.

Pay

$110,000 – $115,000 annually
