Field Support Manager Executions - New England

About the role

This role supports field execution efforts across the New England region, with a strong focus on operational coordination, project planning, and financial discipline. The manager will partner closely with merchandising, inventory, purchasing, and logistics teams to help drive effective implementation of business initiatives. Success requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex operational and financial information for a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preparing annual project budgets and evaluating cost/benefit analysis
• Provide business process requirements for inventory, purchasing, and logistics
• Develop and analyze financial and operational reporting
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support merchandising initiatives
• Ensure compliance with capitalization and expense treatments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• 6+ years of professional work experience in project management or related areas
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Ability to manage cross-functional relationships
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Skilled in presenting complex information to diverse stakeholders

Pay

$110,000 – $115,000 annually

Schedule

Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
