Field Support Manager Executions - Pacific North/Northwest

About the role

This role will focus on supporting regional execution efforts across merchandising, inventory, purchasing, and logistics in a complex retail environment. The position will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen project delivery, financial discipline, and operational reporting. It is well suited for a highly analytical professional who can help evaluate initiatives, improve processes, and support executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation of annual project budgets and cost/benefit analyses
• Provide business process support for inventory, purchasing, and logistics
• Develop and utilize financial and operational metrics and reporting
• Drive analytical evaluations for project enhancements for executive leadership
• Coordinate cross-functionally to implement merchandising initiatives effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Minimum of 6 years of work experience in financial project management
• Experience using accounting and finance principles and practices for financial data analysis
• Knowledge of strategic planning and resource allocation principles
• Ability to collaborate in a complex cross-functional environment

Pay

$110,000 – $115,000 annually
