File Clerk
About the role
The File Clerk supports the Legal and Operations teams during daily operations. Responsibilities include opening, sorting, preparing, scanning, and mailing documents and payments with high accuracy, as well as assisting in indexing documents to consumer accounts.
Responsibilities
- Open, sort, prepare, scan, and mail documents daily.
- Index documents to consumer accounts in our internal systems of record.
- Process documents in all aspects of the Document Services Operations processes with a high degree of accuracy.
Requirements
- Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Education: High School Diploma preferred, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Language: English required.
- Experience: 1-2 years customer service or clerical experience, proficiency with MS Office, good communication skills, 2+ years work experience in related field preferred.
