Field Trainer

Requirements

• Develop and cultivate a never-ending appetite for learning to broaden your knowledge
• Organize and manage time effectively to prioritize, delegate tasks, and set productivity goals
• Show creative and problem-solving skills to adapt to the evolving needs of contemporary learners
• Communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) and build positive relationships with learners
• Have intermediate/advanced technological skills in MS products such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Perform advanced and analytical research to gather reliable and relevant content for the learner
• Show empathy and have a deep understanding of effective teaching methodologies

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with instructional designers to develop programs and curricula for employees
• Identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees
• Deliver training to employees using various instructional techniques and tools
• Monitor and ensure employees comply with standards and procedures during training sessions
• Support and mentor new employees and identify areas where reinforcements are needed
• Assist management in evaluating training programs
• Conduct periodic operational audits/inspections of clinical practices, policies, and standards

Knowledge

• Adult Learning Techniques

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of work-related experience
• Expert use of computers
• Familiarity with learning management systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Travel Requirements

• 25% out of state travel may be required
