Customer Experience & Communication

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the customer and strives to provide a great customer experience. You will communicate thoughtfully and professionally with the staff at our hospitality customers; and understand and respect the boundaries, protocols, and empathy needed in our healthcare customer environments.

Education & Technical Expertise

  • In addition to your passion for solving problems, a technical degree plus one year of related experience in any of the following areas: High-Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head-end.

Other Requirements

  • To drive a company vehicle, you will need a valid driver’s license and safe driving habits.
  • Occasional travel outside of your area; as well as on-call and occasional overtime and weekend work to accommodate service level agreements.
  • You must be flexible and adaptable to changes in customer priorities and requests.

About the Role

We are looking for a Field Telecommunications Technician in the Seattle, WA area who has a strong desire to resolve technical issues, is flexible, learns quickly, and can work independently while providing support and guidance to our customer base on SONIFI products.

Responsibilities

Your day will be spent supporting our customers in your region. We will supply you with the tools needed for success: a company vehicle, tools, cell phone, laptop, and technical support.
