Field Telecommunications Technician
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & COMMUNICATION
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the customer and strives to provide a great customer experience. You will communicate thoughtfully and professionally with the staff at our hospitality customers; and understand and respect the boundaries, protocols, and empathy needed in our healthcare customer environments.
EDUCATION & TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
- A technical degree plus one year of related experience in any of the following areas: High-Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head-end.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- To drive a company vehicle, you will need a valid driver’s license and safe driving habits.
- Occasional travel outside of your area; as well as on-call and occasional overtime and weekend work to accommodate service level agreements.
- You must be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and requests from our customers.

PAY & BENEFITS
Sonifi pays a competitive salary for this role based on a variety of factors including location, experience, education, specialty, and training. This position is also eligible for PTO, holidays, health, dental, vision, retirement plan, pet insurance, on-demand pay, and a variety of other benefits. Generally starting at $25 - $32 per hour. The pay of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, education, specialty, and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
