Field Telecommunications Technician
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & COMMUNICATION
We are looking for a Field Telecommunications Technician who is passionate about the customer and strives to provide a great customer experience. You will communicate thoughtfully and professionally with the staff at our hospitality customers and understand and respect the boundaries, protocols, and empathy needed in our healthcare customer environments.
EDUCATION & TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
- A technical degree plus one year of related experience in any of the following areas: High-Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head-end.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- To drive a company vehicle, you will need a valid driver’s license and safe driving habits.
- Occasional travel outside of your area; as well as on-call and occasional overtime and weekend work to accommodate service level agreements.
- You must be flexible and adaptable to accommodate changing priorities and requests from our customers.

PAY & BENEFITS
SONIFI pays a competitive salary for this role based on a variety of factors including location, experience, education, specialty, and training. This position is also eligible for PTO, holidays, health, dental, vision, retirement plan, pet insurance, on-demand pay, and a variety of other benefits. Generally starting at $27 - $36 per hour. The pay of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, education, specialty, and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
