Field Technician (Mechanic) (Pump, Power & HVAC)

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications and company policies.
• Perform routine inspections and repairs on equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Assist in the training of new employees and provide guidance on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety protocols.
• Document all work performed and report any issues to supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a vocational training program in equipment operation and maintenance.
• Passing a background check.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Skills

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
