Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and loaders.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required.
- Strong physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
