Field Technician III

Location: 125 Brownlee Rd, Calhoun, LA 71225

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Overtime Eligible)

Pay

• Dependent on experience
• Paid weekly
• Discretionary quarterly branch performance bonus

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic with a construction equipment or equipment rental background
• Military experience welcomed if it includes heavy equipment maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with diesel engines, electrical, hydraulic, Tier 4, and aftertreatment systems
• Experience repairing construction equipment, including generators, rollers, and earthmoving equipment
• Must provide your own tools, averaging $10,000+ in value
• Basic computer skills for work orders, parts ordering, and service documentation
• Ability to inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair equipment to manufacturer specifications
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, and a team-first mindset
• Stable work history with a commitment to long-term career growth preferred
