Field Support Technician (Warehouse & Driver)

Primary Responsibilities

• Packaging and preparing materials for delivery and production
• Staging flooring products by stacking boxes, wrapping materials, and preparing orders for delivery
• Loading and unloading flooring, construction materials, samples, tools, and other products
• Delivering materials to customers’ homes and job sites in a timely and professional manner
• Safely driving a company truck and tow, maneuvering, and backing a large trailer
• Communicating professionally with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff
• Aiding with punch list work, including touch-up painting, installing doorstops, securing or re-nailing trim, and completing other minor repairs
• Supporting field teams with general job site cleanup, material movement, and preparation
• Assisting with bringing materials into customers’ homes while taking care to protect floors, walls, furniture, and other property
• Assisting with general handyman tasks such as basic painting, trim installation, and minor residential repairs
• Supporting office staff with lifting and moving flooring samples, desks, chairs, equipment, and other items
• Helping organize warehouse materials, products, tools, and supplies
• Fulfilling assigned tasks independently and communicating any issues or delays promptly
• Providing general support wherever needed to help projects and daily operations run efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience with forklift operation and safe material handling
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience towing, backing, and maneuvering trailers safely
• Experience loading, unloading, packaging, and staging materials for transport
• Warehouse operations and inventory/material handling experience
• Basic painting, trim installation, and minor residential repairs skills
• Willingness to work Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
