Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect environmental samples, invoices, and reports to and from various field sites, clients, and project offices.
- Prepare sampling containers and field equipment for testing.
- Perform basic short hold-time field tests.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately, including Chain of Custody documentation.
- Accurately log samples into the laboratory’s LIMS and label each with a unique identification number.
- Transport collected samples to appropriate storage locations within the lab.
- Interact professionally with customers and project managers; promptly report any quality or documentation issues.
- Aid with receiving of supplies and freight when on site.
- Travel to various project sites and offices to support route sampling.
- Maintain the company vehicle in safe, roadworthy condition; ensure all maintenance and logs are documented.
- Maintain accurate documents and records related to the vehicle and its maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid light vehicle driving license for the country/state of operation.
- Good English skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in teams and work under pressure.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs and perform physical field duties.
