Field Support Services, Associate
Mission
The mission will include Operations, Compliance, Cyber Security, Customer Service, and Engineering.
Required Skills
- Possess knowledge of designated systems.
- Willingness to work outside of normal work hours.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% (CONUS and OCONUS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and no years of experience
- Master’s degree and no years of experience
- High School Diploma/GED and four (4+) years of relevant experience

Pay
Salary Range: $90k - $137,700k
The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, position requirements, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
Schedule
Travel is frequent and work is generally performed at the customer site.
Skills
Partners with developers and engineers to reduce reoccurring incidents.
Answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization and usage of designated systems and services.
