Job Description
Cook up and distribute live interactive software presentations/trainings for clients in a medical setting.
Install photographic hardware equipment and Canfield computer software on-site.
Support technical support teams and distributor partners in troubleshooting installation, operation, and calibration issues.
Handle post-sale customer account management, including scheduling additional trainings and periodic check-ins.
Offer feedback to product management and development teams and document customer interactions and training sessions.
Core Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent, with at least 3 years of professional experience in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, with the ability to lift, move, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle fast-paced environments and provide guidance on software tool usage.
- Experience with computer technology and basic hardware tools.
- Strong time management, organizational, and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines.
Desired
- Experience in the medical and/or aesthetic industries.
- Public speaking and presentation experience, as well as photography knowledge.
- Bilingual skills are advantageous.

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually, contingent upon various factors including experience, education, and current market conditions.
