Field Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits to verify service quality, safety compliance, and site conditions.
• Perform inventory-related tasks, including:
• Equipment condition checks
• Inventory replenishment
• Lockbox and fob replacement
• Cordination of minor equipment repair
• Provide compactor and dumpster assistance when access, overflow, or blockage issues occur.
• Support service verification efforts, including observational evaluation of contractor performance.
• Aid in temporary service window coverage or on-site operational support during high-demand events.
• Document findings clearly and submit reports to Valet Trash Operations.

Qualifications

• Willingness to drive and perform hands-on, physical field work within a metro area.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to document observations accurately.
• Reliable open bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer, is REQUIRED.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50–70 lbs as required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Pay

21 - 21 USD

Schedule

Local market travel between communities is required. Approved work-related mileage is reimbursed in accordance with company policy. No expectation of regional or multi-market travel.
