Field Supervisor - Landscaping

A&N Lawn Service Inc. is a full service Lawn and Landscaping contractor located in north hills providing the highest quality and professional Service to our clients since 1996. We are a family run business that encourages our A&N family to grow and learn. Our mission is to help create, improve and enhance our client’s outdoor spaces by professional designs, installation and maintaining their landscape with our professional team of expert technicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage all labor, equipment and material budgets
• Provide leadership to your crew while fostering a safe work environment and a positive company culture
• Lead by example and provide training and impart skills to achieve the highest quality landscapes that exceed competitive and industry standards
• Projects may include landscaping installs, Landscape designs, Maintaining properties and or installing pavers, walls, decorative stonework, horticulture and plantings, pergolas, irrigation, lighting, fire features and water features

Requirements

• High School diploma or Ged
• At least 2 plus years related experience in landscaping and Supervisor position
• Valid Drivers license
• Clean Background Check
• Honesty
• Work Ethic
• Positive Attitude
• Leadership/ communication Skills
