Field Superintendnt- ARB
Job Description
The Field Superintendent is responsible for overseeing product installations throughout the North Alabama region, exceeding customer expectations while maximizing profitability. This role works with both in-house staff and subcontractors. Key responsibilities include ensuring all quality and safety standards are met on each project, coordinating product and equipment availability with the customer and installation teams, resolving any bottlenecks, and escalating problems as necessary. The primary focus is on larger projects, working directly with general contractors and customers, and being on-site frequently throughout the process. Additionally, the Field Superintendent works with sales personnel to provide technical expertise and interfaces with the administrative support team to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Required Experience
- A 2-year degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or a similar combination of experience and education
- A degree in construction management and/or experience in managing commercial construction projects is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective multi-tasking and project management abilities
- A good mechanical aptitude
- A commitment to a culture of safety and quality
- Availability for occasional (10-20%) overnight travel

Schedule
