Field Superintendnt - ARB
About the role
The Field Superintendent oversees product installations in the Washington region, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. They manage both in-house staff and subcontractors, adhering to quality and safety standards, coordinating project logistics, and interfacing with sales and administrative teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee product installations and exceed customer expectations
- Work with in-house staff and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Ensure all quality and safety standards are met on each project
- Coordinate product and equipment availability with customers and installation teams
- Resolve bottlenecks and escalate issues as necessary
- Work directly with general contractors and customers, often on-site
- Provide technical expertise to sales personnel
- Interface with administrative support team to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- A 2-year degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A degree in construction management and/or experience in managing commercial construction projects preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective multi-tasker and project manager
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Commitment to a culture of safety and quality
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10-20%)
Qualifications
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction and installation processes

Pay
$83,200.00 - $124,950.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week.
