About the role

Join our Electrical Field Service Team supporting a major industrial facility in Corpus Christi. We are strengthening on‑site electrical support for a key continuous‑process plant and seek a senior‑level Electrical Field Service Engineer to own motor and VFD reliability. In this resident rotational role you will serve as the primary technical authority for ABB motors and drive systems, supporting commissioning, troubleshooting, outage planning, and day‑to‑day operational needs. You’ll work with industry‑leading OEM platforms, partner closely with plant engineering teams, and play a critical role in maintaining safe, reliable operations.

Responsibilities

• Supporting maintenance planning, pre‑Outage, Outage and post‑Outage planning activities with plant operators for ABB electric motors and VFDs
• Assisting plant operator with regular reviews of maintenance activities associated with ABB motors at the plant
• Troubleshooting electrical, controls, and drive system
