About the role

As a Field Services Technician, you will provide field work support on site-specific jobs to meet project goals in a safe and conscientious manner, generating value and satisfaction for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
  • Prepare necessary supplies, tools, and other equipment for transport to the worksite
  • Clean and scrape the inside, and assist with the removal of, underground chemical storage tanks; prepare waste for proper disposal
  • Demolish contaminated buildings and land sites; operate excavation and filer press equipment
  • Operate small hand tools and provide other construction-related assistance during projects
  • Decontaminate Company equipment and tools
  • Load, unload, and sample drums; respond to emergency spills as needed
  • Maintain the ability to travel up to 50% of the time to project sites
  • Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Requirements

  • High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Valid Driver’s License (preferred)

Qualifications

Due to the potential exposure to atmospheres/waste/materials, this position requires individuals to be clean shaven at all times in order to don a respirator for protection.
