Field Services Supervisor / Dispatcher, Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Northeast, Horsham PA

About the role

Eurofins Environment Testing in Horsham, PA is seeking a full-time Supervisor / Dispatcher to join their team. The position is responsible for coordinating routes, managing schedules, and supervising field services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly routes for routine pick-ups using routing software
• Monitor and adjust schedules for quarterly, semi-annual and annual pick-ups
• Schedule and manage daily pick-up requests received via email or phone from clients and project managers
• Manage driver locations through GPS software and adjust routes and schedules proactively to address delays, last-minute requests, and changes in priorities
• Supervise Field Services team to ensure routes and added stops are completed
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, drivers, and internal teams
• Keep accurate records of routes, service adjustments, and client interactions
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements for route efficiency and service quality
• Perform field sampling as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to adapt quickly and solve problems on the fly
• Strong computer skills; experience with routing software is a plus but not required
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Confident handling client interactions including delays and last-minute changes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative approach and comfort making decisions with support from management
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• A valid state issued driver’s license to drive company vehicles is required as an employee with driving responsibilities
• Clean driving record to drive company vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English

• Minimal missed pick-ups or sampling appointments
• Timely and clear communication with clients, drivers, and project managers
• Efficiently optimized routes that maximize drivers' time and resources
