Power your future with Qualus in your Specialized Feild Services Department as a Field Service Project Managers. Your responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing field service projects while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, safety standards, quality expectations, and financial objectives. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, field personnel, operations, and sales teams, managing project scope, schedules, resources, materials, communications, and project profitability from inception through completion. Responsibilities Primary Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the primary customer contact for project communications, issue resolution, and scope clarification. Assess customer requirements, qualify opportunities, and support proposal development and project estimating activities. Review project specifications, contracts, and work orders to ensure a clear understanding of project scope and deliverables. Develop, maintain, and execute project schedules to ensure successful and timely completion of work. Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and other resources required for project execution. Partner with Operations and field teams to optimize resource allocation and workforce scheduling. Conduct site visits and job walks to evaluate project requirements, field conditions, and scope changes. Monitor project progress and provide leadership to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and schedule adherence. Maintain accountability for project financial performance, including budgets, costs, change orders, and profitability. Prepare and manage project documentation, customer correspondence, reports, and submittals. Provide technical support and guidance related to power apparatus testing and field service operations as needed. Participate in production and planning meetings to communicate project status, resource needs, and execution plans. Ensure compliance with all customer contracts, company procedures, and applicable safety and regulatory requirements. Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance project execution, communication, and operational efficiency. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma, technical school and/or bachelors degree preferred. 4 + years related experience in power plants, industrial services, primary power distribution and related protection and control schemes. Electrical apparatus and switchgear experience is required. Licensures and Certifications: NETA 2, 3, or 4 preferred. Strong project management, scheduling, and resource coordination skills. Experience managing project budgets, costs, and profitability. Knowledge of electrical testing, power apparatus, substations, or related industrial environments. Strong customer relationship management and communication skills. Ability to analyze problems, make sound decisions, and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with electrical testing software, Microsoft Office, and project management systems. Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams. Ability to travel and work flexible hours as business needs require.
