Field Service Technician - Tucson & Southern Arizona

About the role

Taylor Freezer Sales of Arizona is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician in Tucson, AZ to install, maintain, and repair commercial foodservice equipment including soft serve machines, ice systems, and grills. Ideal candidates will have experience in HVAC, restaurant equipment repair, or mechanical field service, enjoy problem-solving, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial foodservice equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Travel to customer locations throughout Arizona if necessary
• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships
• Identify equipment trends/issues and recommend improvements
• Complete service documentation and communicate with internal teams

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, or foodservice equipment repair
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional overnight travel
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment installation or service (preferred)
• EPA certification or electrical/mechanical background (preferred)
