Field Service Technician - Syracuse / Central NY

About the role

Your primary mission will be to provide maintenance and repair services at customer establishments, following manufacturer’s instructions and utilizing knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on a wide-array of high technical medical devices and machines.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and requirements, regulatory body policies and protocols and internal operating procedures and work instructions.
• Utilize technical expertise as an experienced field service professional.
• Instruct customer personnel in the operation and proper use of the equipment.
• Juggle priorities and be flexible with your time to respond to emergency repair requests.

Requirements

• Military avionics or electro-mechanical experience will be highly considered.
• Strong technical skills and experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.

Pay

The base salary for the position is a minimum of $37/hr and a maximum of $45/hr.
