Field Service Technician - Specialty Rental - Covington, GA

About the role

Your role is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You report directly to the Customer Support Manager.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Customer Support Manager
• Maintain fleet in the field
• Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory
• Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines
• Improve measurable success to business targets
• Document all work performed daily by using company provided hardware and software

Requirements

• 2 - 3+ years of experience as an industrial related field service mechanic
• An appropriate electromechanical degree or training
• Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul and repair of different industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics
• A good command in English and a second language knowledge is a bonus
• High energy levels

Qualifications

• You will be expected to lift up to 50lbs and work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling

Skills

• Expertise in the maintenance, overhaul and repair of different industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics
• A good command in English and a second language knowledge is a bonus
• High energy levels

Schedule

You will be expected to spend a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, United States (US).
