Field Service Technician (Service & Repair)
About the role
The Service Repair Technician role at Imperial Brady is available in Athens, GA. This position is part of a growing and evolving team dedicated to supporting the growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums
- Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain up-to-date records of services performed
- Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory
- Properly demonstrate equipment to customers
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge
- Follow safety and housekeeping procedures
Requirements
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- A valid driver's license and a clean MVR
- Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience
- Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment

Competitive salaries are offered based on qualifications and experience.
Schedule
Your hours will be from Monday - Friday, typically from 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm, with some overtime as needed.
