Field Service Technician-Phoenix Arizona

Your primary service area will be within 2 hours of Phoenix, AZ; some travel beyond this radius may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure software applications and hardware peripherals at customer sites
• Provide end-user training and create job aides for client administrators/operators
• Contribute to revenue growth through sales leads and billable professional services-earn commissions on supplies and/or services you sell
• Deliver solutions remotely and onsite
• Work independently and make decisions free from immediate direction of management
• Stay up to date on Pitney Bowes industry knowledge

Requirements

• Understanding of DB connectivity and record set manipulation
• Strong communication skills both oral and written
• Understanding of network configuration, operating systems, software, and hardware
• Ability to adapt to changing environment in the areas of products and technology, customer personalities and customer knowledge levels
• Ability to analyze hardware and software problems

Qualifications

• The wage range for this position is $25/hour, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job
• A requirement for being hired for this position is that you be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Skills

• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• The ability to perform frequent lifting and/or moving items up to 55lbs with or without accommodation

Pay

The wage range for this position is $25/hour, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.

Schedule

Your primary service area will be within 2 hours of Phoenix, AZ; some travel beyond this radius may be required. In this role, you will have a consistent Monday – Friday and 8:00 am - 5:00 pm schedule working in alignment with traditional office hours (some overtime may be required).
