The Field Technician installs, repairs, and educates customers on services while working outdoors in diverse environments. Responsibilities

• Install and repair services at customer locations.
• Use hand tools and technical equipment safely and effectively.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide customer education.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in computer use and hand tools.
• Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, and critical thinking skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and endure outdoor conditions.
