Responsibilities

• Install and repair services, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist customers with technical issues and educate on service use
• Work outdoors across various environments and terrains
• Utilize hand tools, operate company vehicles, and handle small components and wires

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in computer use and hand tools
• Effective communication, professionalism, and time management
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in diverse weather conditions
• Fluent in English and able to travel as needed
