About the Role

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain communication services.
• Educate customers on product usage and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Work safely in outdoor and confined spaces, handle tools, and operate company vehicles.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English with proficiency in computers and hand tools.
• Effective communication, professionalism, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
