Field Service Technician (Neptune) - Lincoln, NE
What You Will Do:
- Spending the majority of your time traveling between hospitals based on service request assignments.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer and product issues.
- Building positive relationships with Stryker customers.
- Documenting service results to maintain accurate quality records.

- Ability to exert up to 75 lbs of force occasionally and up to 20 lbs of force constantly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and adaptable to learn company software.
- Experience interpreting service bulletins, user manuals, and other technical documents.
- Excellent teamwork, coordination, and collaboration skills.
Qualifications/Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years technical service or equivalent experience preferred.
- Bio-medical equipment maintenance, repair, and installation experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company software.
- Ability to explain and generate detailed guidelines and procedures.
- Adherence to HIPAA and other related patient confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Pay Rate: Not below applicable local minimum wage rates.
United States of America Pay Ranges: USN: $28.01 - $38.75 USD Hourly.
