About the role
The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers in the field. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve customer-reported issues using diagnostic tools and software.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment running efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Document all service activities and submit reports as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related work experience in a technical support or maintenance role.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
