Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial marking, coding, and labeling equipment
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance
- Complete service reports and provide technical support
Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Experience with industrial equipment, packaging equipment, or automation systems preferred
- Ability to drive locally; majority of travel allows technicians to stay home, with occasional overnight travel required
- Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach to service work
