Field Service Technician II - West CO

Position Summary & Key Areas Of Responsibility

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy with mechanical aptitude, able to transfer their skills, and passionate about providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• Managing everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system access
• Basic troubleshooting and repair of various systems

Basic Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area
• Authorized to work in the US
• At least 19 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day
• Rotating and weekend shifts
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification
• One or more years of related experience

Salary Range

$42,400.00 - $63,600.00
