Field Service Technician I

About the Role

The Field Service Technician performs on-site medical gas compliance testing, environmental monitoring, troubleshooting, and repair services in healthcare facilities. They interface directly with clients, ensuring safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance while maintaining strong relationships and completing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing, certification, and repairs of medical gas systems and environmental monitoring equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, compressors, manifolds, and small electronics.
• Engage with clients to understand and fulfill their needs.
• Maintain documentation and administrative records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (additional education preferred).
• Relevant customer service, mechanical, or electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Effective communication, time management, and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of basic math and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in various physical positions.
