About the role
We're looking for a Field Service Technician who can provide top-notch service and support to customers using Canon-supported products. Key responsibilities include reporting trends and issues, meeting customer demands, maintaining equipment, and contributing to branch/district metrics.
Responsibilities
- Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with necessary documentation
- Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate maintenance
- Maintain technical information and reports
- Show strong customer communication and satisfaction skills
- Ensure performance meets branch/district targets
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of internet environments
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work more than 50% of the time
- Pass necessary security and other clearances
Qualifications
- Customer-facing role requires compliance with customer policies and protocols, including potential COVID-19 vaccination
- Ability to travel
