Field Service Technician I

Position Summary

NCR Voyix is seeking Field Service Technicians to join their team. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy with a strong mechanical aptitude, able to provide best-in-class service to major retail customers.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Communicate with customers in a helpful and engaging manner, triaging and resolving issues before they arise. Provide prompt and effective installation, maintenance, and service calls using the technical skills provided through NCR Voyix.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area
• Authorized to work in the US
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• Basic PC and electronic skills
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day
• Rotating and weekend shifts
• Flexible shift work
• Carrying and lifting up to 150 lbs. with assistance
• Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with hands, and repetitive grasping and manipulation
• Willingness to be trained on and operate small-scale scissor lifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification
• One or more years of related experience

Pay

Hourly Pay Range: $19.00 to $20.83, depending on location and experience levels. Overtime available at time and a half.
