- Proficient in iOS, MS Office applications and Windows OS

- Able to commit to and meet project deadlines
Qualifications
Physical Requirements:
- Available for periodic travel to our corporate office in Mt. Prospect, IL for training classes
- Able to lift, push or carry a minimum of 50 pounds such as large money counting machines and parts in and out of client sites
- Hand and wrist dexterity needed to turn screwdrivers and place parts and equipment
- Phone or desk work about 10% of the time doing computer work, bench repair work, parts stocking, tracking service calls and setting up appointments
- Able to stand for long periods up to 75% of the time while servicing some equipment

What You’ll Be Doing
The Field Service Technician is responsible for:
- Servicing, fixing, upgrading and performing preventative maintenance on various types of equipment such as coin & currency equipment, ATM’s, software and specialized office products located at client sites in Columbus.
- Working in coordination with branch sales and other service team members.
- Addressing customer service requests within the specified contract response time.
- Extended Hours Coverage periods and 'On-Call' duty where applicable.
- Safeguarding and maintaining a balanced vehicle stock parts inventory.
- Safeguarding of any company issued assets including tablet computer and mobile phone.
- All other duties as required.
