About the role
We're looking for a Field Service Technician to support the maintenance of Canon-supported products. Key responsibilities include reporting trends, providing efficient maintenance, and meeting customer demands.
Responsibilities
- Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with necessary documentation
- Ensure accurate information and record keeping
- Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance
- Maintain technical information, reports, and property
- Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills
- Facilitate performance that helps achieve branch/district metrics
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of internet environments
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work more than 50% of the time
- Ability to comply with customer policies and protocols, including potential COVID-19 vaccination requirements
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Skills & Expertise
- Customer-facing role compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other measures relating to COVID-19
- Basic understanding of internet environments
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work more than 50% of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling)
Benefits
The role is eligible for a transportation allowance. Compensation is $19.00 - $26.31 hourly, subject to change.
