Key Job Responsibilities

• Provide field service support for Gigaphoton equipment
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of laser and related systems
• Conduct on-site installations and equipment upgrades
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with customers to ensure equipment performance and satisfaction
• Travel to customer sites within assigned region as required

Qualifications/Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in electronics, laser technology, or related field
• Experience with laser systems, semiconductor equipment, or industrial maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
• Physical ability to lift equipment and work in industrial environments
