Your tasks
- C Conduct on-site or in-house calibration and repair of equipment to ensure it meets Rohde & Schwarz’ high standards of performance
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform repairs
- Responsible for evaluation and completion of complex data reports
- Represent the company in a customer support role and be responsible for customer’s satisfaction with equipment and servicing
- Accurately prepare daily logs and reports of work performed, including hours spent and inventory used for each assignment
- Assigned projects are moderately complex, requiring some independent action
- Effectively communicate with customers in a professional business environment
- Cook up daily workload to ensure optimal throughput and on-time delivery
- Lead daily stand-up meetings and provide direction on priorities
- Monitor workflow, backlog, and past-due jobs to maintain service performance
- Coordinate campaign scheduling and complex job structures
- Serve as liaison between service operations, management, and support functions
- Provide technical guidance and escalation support for complex repairs and calibrations
- Mentor and support technicians in troubleshooting and best practices
- Ensure compliance with Rohde & Schwarz technical and quality standards
- Support onboarding and technical training initiatives
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist management by providing performance and workload feedback
