We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - About BearCom: description (company info). That could be "About the role"? Actually "About BearCom" is company description. Could be placed under "About the role"? Usually "About the role" is about the job. But we have "About BearCom" which is company overview. Could be considered "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings if content exists. We need to decide which sections have content. Let's extract: Company description: "About BearCom: Largest Distributor of Wireless Voice, Data, and Video Solutions in North America 40+ Years Industry-Leading Experience Partnerships with Motorola, JVC Kenwood, Avigilon, +More 75+ Branches Across North America BearCom employs a wide range of installation and technical team members and will provide extensive on-the-job training. If interested in BearCom, please apply." That's company info, could go under "About the role"? Might be better as "About the role" describing the role? But we have job description later. The "About BearCom" is not exactly about the role but could be placed under "About the role" as company overview. However the instruction says "About the role" is an example; we can use it for company overview if appropriate. We'll include it. Job Description: "As a Field Service Technician I with BearCom, you will be involved in the installation and support of wireless communications systems. Our Technicians are the heart of every service location, and we rely on their expertise in the delivery of the best service and solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and possess the technical ability to create imaginative solutions that meet and exceed the most challenging customer needs." Then bullet list of duties: - Create Basic Programming Codeplugs (less than 12 channels) - Basic Mobile Installations (Radio, Antenna, Modem, DC-DC Converters) - Troubleshoot and Repair Defective Two-Way Radios and Other Wireless Equipment (Radio, Power Supply, Antenna, Etc.) - Some Regional and/or Overnight Travel and On-Call Hours May Be Required That's responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications: list: - Basic Electronics Background (12V and/or Low-Voltage System) - RF/Telecommunications/Networking Experience a Plus - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Must Have Valid Driver’s License - Drug Screenings, Motor Vehicle Record, and Background Checks Part of the Hiring Process Then Benefits section: "BearCom wants to elevate your professional growth! We place high value in investing in the development of our team members and advancing your technical capabilities. BearCom can provide extensive on-the-job training, and covers all fees associated with most professional certifications. You’ll Also Receive:" Then list: - Highly Competitive Compensation - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Company-Paid Life, Short/Long-Term Disability Insurance - Paid Holidays - Generous Paid Time Off - Matching 401k Plan - Use of Company Vehicle - Employee Referral Bonus - Tuition Reimbursement Then there is a block of keywords (ignore). Then EEO boilerplate (remove). Then Qualifications (looks like a separate section titled "Qualifications" with many detailed requirements). This is likely the "Requirements" or "Qualifications" section. The posting already has a "Preferred Qualifications" earlier, then later a "Qualifications" heading with extensive list. We need to decide which heading to use: "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The instruction says we can use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We should not duplicate. We need to decide which content belongs where. We have two sets: Preferred Qualifications (short list) and then a detailed Qualifications list (with many items). Likely the detailed list is the main qualifications/requirements. The Preferred Qualifications could be considered "Skills" or "Preferred Qualifications". But we have headings: Skills, Requirements, Qualifications. We could put the detailed list under "Qualifications" and the short list under "Skills" or "Preferred Qualifications" (but not a heading). Since we have a "Skills" heading, we could put the Preferred Qualifications there. Also there is "Pay" and "Schedule": The posting mentions "Highly Competitive Compensation" under benefits, but no specific pay amount. Also schedule: "Some Regional and/or Overnight Travel and On-Call Hours May Be Required" is under responsibilities, not schedule. There's no explicit schedule like full-time, shift, etc. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections unless explicitly stated. The posting does not give specific pay numbers or schedule details. So we omit Pay and Schedule. Benefits: we have content, so include Benefits section. Now we need to avoid repeating duplicated lines. The Benefits list appears twice? Actually after the "You’ll Also Receive:" list, later there is another duplicate of the same list after the Qualifications section: "You’ll Also Receive: Highly Competitive CompensationMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany-Paid Life, Short/Long-Term Disability InsurancePaid HolidaysGenerous Paid Time OffMatching 401k PlanUse of Company VehicleEmployee ReferralBonusTuition Reimbursement". That's duplicate; we should include only once. Also there is duplicate EEO boilerplate; we remove. Now we need to format. We'll produce:

About the role

About BearCom: Largest Distributor of Wireless Voice, Data, and Video Solutions in North America 40+ Years Industry-Leading Experience Partnerships with Motorola, JVC Kenwood, Avigilon, +More 75+ Branches Across North America BearCom employs a wide range of installation and technical team members and will provide extensive on-the-job training. If interested in BearCom, please apply.

But maybe we should separate company description from role description. However the instruction says "About the role" heading; we can include both company overview and role summary. Could also split: we could have a paragraph about the role (the job description) under About the role, and maybe another section for Responsibilities. Let's think. We have job description paragraph: "As a Field Service Technician I with BearCom, you will be involved in the installation and support of wireless communications systems. Our Technicians are the heart of every service location, and we rely on their expertise in the delivery of the best service and solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and possess the technical ability to create imaginative solutions that meet and exceed the most challenging customer needs." That could go under About the role as well. Then Responsibilities section for bullet list. Thus:

Check for any mention of "Pay" or "Schedule": none. Now ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now output only HTML fragment.
